The Earthshine Grove

As I look to the sky

The light rain falls upon my face

I run light hearted across the lush green meadow

The may flower beckons from the hedgerows

Time to rejoice, to light the Beltane fire

And make good your plans.

The clouds glide [...]

Hay Wain

Cut the hay and turn it
And turn it once again.
Spoon it in a spiral
Then up and back again…

The labour is intensive
But once they stack the hay
The winter will be easier
For work that’s done this day.
